Charissa Thornton Fitch
Clarissa Thornton Fitch uses her banking, business, and legal acumen to counsel clients in a wide range of matters. Fitch began her career as a corporate analyst and commercial banker with a large U.S. commercial bank before attaining her law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. Her legal practice focused on commercial litigation, civil and criminal defense, and public entity representation.
In addition to her experience with banking and corporate law, Fitch also brings her experience as a medical technology start-up founder and chief executive officer to the table. Now, Fitch uses her banking, business, and legal experience to provide client-focused legal counsel in general corporate matters and finance transactions.
