Engha Markus

Engha Markus began his legal career over twelve years ago working on international, banking and financial laws matters, as well as  corporate governance, project finance, infrastructure, real estate, and mergers & acquisitions. Engha’ s legal experience includes a stint as in-house counsel at the foremost securities depository of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the capital market where he was part of the team that executed the technology transfer and software licensing contract and documentation with Tata Consultancy Service for the overhaul of the clearing and depository software platform.

Engha holds is an LLM in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law, and is member of the Alabama State Bar. He is also a certified member of the chartered institute of arbitrators, London, United Kingdom.
